Re: Searching reliable European Agave seed suppliers

There are no perfect nurseries selling seeds; sometimes it is the luck of the draw. Keep in mind most of these seeds are bought from collectors or even middle men. I had some Agave parryi seeds 2 years old which I collected personally in a Tucson habitat area. I was shocked that they all germinated as if they were brand new. Lucky me. I always test out old seeds for surprises like these. Jkwgave_agave wrote: ↑Sat Feb 19, 2022 11:17 amI bought some Aloe polyphylla seeds from Africa-seeds.com. Some seeds have germinated, but they area Aloes, but sure aren't polyphylla. No idea yet what they are.
PS. Remnants of the storm are still causing me greenhouse problems. They have scattered some of my plants all over the ground. I have decided to let the elements settle a bit before I try to recover things.
