Thought I ought to put some notes on cultivation here too as I have not found this plant to be straightforward.

This plant seems to be less succulent than most Graptopetalum but it is also very sensitive to moisture and humidity! This means cultivation, especially in winter, is a balancing act between letting it get too dry (and dying) and keeping it too wet. If the atmosphere is too humid it rots and if the plant gets too wet, it rots too.

This is the second time I have grown this from seed. The first time I lost all seedlings. This time, I started the winter with 40 seedlings and have finished it with 20! Hopefully it might get a little more tolerant as the plants get older!
