I thought Brachychiton of some sort.

Camphor tree. Why didnt I know that? I guess the thick branches threw me off. I should have known. :oops:

Those are planted everywhere throughout the bay area. :))
Growing in Zone 9b, Mediterranean climate.

Another thing that threw me off? Camphor trees usually grow very chlorotic..almost yellow as street trees. This one is lavished with water and fertilizers. My excuse...
