Hello,
I joined here to be a part of the agave community, I've bought several acres of desert land all selected for its arroyos.
This summer we will start with a few of the properties by screening the "soil" which is crazy rocky, cutting furrows for the arroyos to flood the land each rainfall (close to base of mountain) and plant in the spring to begin the nursery.
in the meantime Im starting seedlings and propagations on my roof.
super excited to get this started, and looking for all the agave seeds that will handle zone 6 (and any other xeri plants/cactus/succulent/trees) to get a great variety, while also transforming property into something better for the ecosystem!
dream is to be able to keep buying land and transforming it, and selling some of it full of grass, flowers, trees and agave instead of the rocky arid erosion damaged land it currently is, to make an impact across the land!
