That's a funky thing! The leaves almost look like a Ginkgo!

Any cultural tips on growing these in a greenhouse?

Basically it's a winter grower so water between September to March. Mind you, the picture above shows it in leaf in August.
Brightest spot you can find and I water weekly usually with weak fertiliser. They don't seem to need large pots though.
I do give it the odd splash in summer and they may even throw out a leaf or two as they are a bit opportunistic but no more than that.

Thanks. Are all the Sarcocaulons Winter growers? Do you put them outside in Summer in full sun?

As far as I know they are.
Mine have the same spot in the greenhouse winter and summer.

Believe they are Monsonia now btw.

I gave this some water about a week or so ago and you can see some leaves appearing but it's not going into growth as such. Probably what happened with the August picture above.

Thanks. I have a vanderietiae on the way. Guess I'll just pot it in a mineral mix, put it in the greenhouse in a sunny spot for the Summer.
