Mystery variegated agave -- hybrid origin?

I saw some of these circulating in European collections when I was there. What might these be?

I wouldn't say it's too common, but word is that it offsets heavily and is extremely sensitive to rot.

Almost looks like a cross between Murphyi and Ocahuatta (blow glow)… I’d be thrilled if I guess even one of those right though lol. Maybe if I say enough wrong answers someone will correct me and we can both find out!
