A couple blocks away there's a rental property with a FAB garden in front. I walk past occasionally and today I took a pic of this... agave? Aloe? I don't know.
Any ideas? I am thinking Aloe?

Looks like behind that fence a tall pasacana with some kind of tree Euphorbia behind it.
Hayward Ca. 75-80f summers,60f winters.
